This plaza is across from the riverfront
Timmy slept and I set out for the Tagus River. It’s about 2.5 miles from the Intercontinental. I walked along the Avenida da Liberdade. This street is famous as one of the most expensive shopping streets in Europe. There are also many embassies and diplomatic homes.
My delightful stroll spanned two hours, the highlight being the riverfront. Lisbon has an easy, chill vibe; I’m so happy to be here and very much looking forward to exploring with Timmy. Who by the way is still napping 😴
