Thanksgiving 2019. The last Thanksgiving of this decade. I’m grateful for Tim and my family. My sons, my lovebugs, my daughters-in-law and my siblings. I’m sitting here in this adorable little condo, warm sunshine streaming in and I’m grateful.
I’ve long been introspective, but I find myself even more reflective lately. I’m keenly aware that I’ve entered the latter part of my life; I try my best to stay in this moment. Trying not to project to the future. Yoga helps with this. No expectations. No Judgements. Once I let go of expectations, life became so much more enjoyable. Embracing life, living joyfully, being grateful is easy because I am traveling through this life with Tim.
We had a lovely Thanksgiving dinner with my sweet sister Sue Anne and her husband, Stevie Wonderful.
We dined at Rosemary & Thyme on Orange St. in downtown Sarasota. My dining companions ordered a traditional turkey meal with all the trimmings. I went rogue with pistachio crusted salmon and pumpkin risotto.

After our yummy meal we walked around the waterfront and I took a few photos.
Back home my stomach is full and my heart is grateful. Happy Turkey Day. ❤️
