We awoke to a warm sunny day and this view.
Enjoyed omelets at Trident…
Then cappuccinos in the Bistro…Adrian likes to surprise us with his art.
At 11:00 am we headed off for our Crystal shore excursion …a boat ride “Wildlife Safari and beach bonfire”. Reader’s Digest version: the shorex was cancelled because our boat became inoperable. So we went back to the ship …and had a late lunch .
When you can’t have reindeer sausage at a bonfire, you have the next best thing: pizza and a burger.
Sailaway, at 6:00 pm
Then the 7:00 pm show featuring Britany Howk and the Showband. Next up…dinner.
When I asked Tim for a photo of his appetizer…this is what he gave me…such a show off, with the labeling.
Not only was this salad a thing of beauty…it tasted yummy.
We usually try to remove the hand sanitizer from our photos…obviously not always successful.

I love returning to our room after 10:00 pm, opening the drapes and seeing this…pure happiness. Although we were disappointed and I was (briefly) annoyed about having our excursion go sideways…we nonetheless had a super day. We were after all on a beautiful ship with the most wonderful, caring crew imaginable. Thanks for following along 🩵
