July 3,2024 Serenity …transiting Seymour Narrows

We woke to clouds, had some coffee and muffins in our room, then I headed to the gym.

Late morning we were captivated by Crystal World Affairs lecturer: General Mark Hertling (ret.). He discussed “Russia’s Invasion of Ukraine”.

As Commander of the Army in Europe he was involved in helping transform the Ukrainian Army. Loved him. Loved his talk.

After a nice rest we headed to the cove…

Timmy had the drink of the day…a Bow Thruster…included Irish Whiskey, Grand Marnier, orange juice and lemon sour …Y i k e s! I stuck with my new usual.

We dined with new friends, Gail and Lou, who are celebrating 30 Crystal cruises. Here’s Rafael with our caviar.

My choice: lobster.

Tim declared his Mushroom Wellington yummy.

Lou and Timmy solving the worlds problems.

No clue what Tim had for dessert. I’m sure he loved it.
